A Bowie/Fighter headed to Texas...

14 1/2" OAL, 8 1/2" long blade, made from a Farrier's rasp and acid etched. It has Spalted Elm handles with SS, black G10 and leather accents with SS pin and large lanyard tube. The guard is 1084 carbon steel.

Yep. Designs AND workmaship are pure art. One of these days, I'm coming for you GT. :)  I would have already done it, but you keep outdoing yourself. I can't decide which one I like best.

I have several knives to finish in the next month or so and then I'll be making 3-4 of this same blade in different materials and woods. While they will be the exact same blank they will appear totally different.

Upon completion I'll post them up and give you all the opportunity to get one with and without a sheath just in case some of you want to make your own or sub it out to someone else.

We are probably lookin' at 5-7 weeks from now unless the missus keeps adding stuff to the honeydew list.
