Wow. Nice.

Great piece of legislation. Lets hope that others take notice and the people of America take back our country from these self serving politicians. God bless those representatives that truly do represent the people they serve.

I would not be to sure that it won't pass. Plus their are seven other states that are also doing much the same thing. Take note that the national propaganda machine Press and major net works are not touching this or bringing it out in the open

great its a step in the right direction now if we can just get someone in tennessee to back up the same thing it wold be great.

Tennessee and a few other states tried that one time. 150 years later it's about time!

The Federal Government draws their power from the people and the States. Not the other way around. That is the way it was intended.

If I am reading this correctly, it basically serves to dissolve the Federal Gov't, or about 90% of it, and calls on the other states that are interested to "start from scratch" with a new one. One based upon strict original intent, and those states not interested don't have to be a part of it.

Did anyone else catch the line at the bottom of that page? It's a pic and not in text so the bots can't find it, and I bet some folk's browser settings block it out.
