Any opinions on this Kimber, it just looks so good to me that I think I need one. Anybody got one that can post an opinion? I want a 45 that is light enough for an old man to carry from time to time. If I decide to go for it any of you dealers got one in stock?

I have a Ultra Ten II compact, stainless. I bought it for my wife and she does not want a .45 cal. to shoot. She now has a .38 and .380 to shoot.

If you want to shoot it to see if you like it, we could work something out. I am not trying to sell it although it has not been shot very much. I told that most Kimbers need 500+ rounds to break in as they are so tight. I may have got this to 400 rounds and it shoots pretty good. I had early problems with some mag safe ammo hollow point. I have not tried any of the mag safe since then. I have a G36 and I cannot see why the Kimber (1911 style) costs more although I like the looks of the Kimber more.

I hope you find what you want.

I love the gun, do I have one NO, but I have checked out plenty of them.

I love the look and the feel they fit the hand very well. I would love to have one in 40. but have yet to see one, I guess they work so well nobody will give there's up. I have decided to get one regardless 40. or 45. when I catch it at a poor mans price.

Good luck on your's
