How does TGO feel about the guys that showed up fully kitted out, including helmet, chest rigs etc?

I have never liked that kind of open carry. But, in this case, that many folks and zero incidents proves one thing. All that kit proved to be nothing but a fashion statement. So, I'm glad they did it.

There are going to be idiots that are the very last people any of us would want to see in front of a camera, and they will be the people the MSM seeks out. That will happen at a gun rally anywhere. You could have a bunch of well dressed articulate people present and the media would want to talk to the open carry guy, with his boots bloused and his wife beater tee shirt.

While I get the point, the crowd was 98% white from what I saw. We need more representation from our minority gun owners. I'm just not sure how to make that happen. I think having Colion as a spokesman is helping though.

Probably so. Lots of reasons for that. Gotta keep in mind the the US really is only a little over 12% black. As more of the black population wises up about the Democrats, you may see more.

Yep. Still following the VA thing closely. I don't agree with that.  The asshole needs to worry about being recalled.

He's got a fairly comfortable base. Doubt the recall thing could actually happen. VA is lost.

On this note, folks shouldn’t be surprised when Trump garners percentages of the black vote not seen in decades for the Republicans. There are 3 pretty reputable polls that have him tracking above 30% with black voters. My gut is that’s probably a bit high, but it wouldn’t shock me to see him get 20% or better in 2020.

True. I mean all minorities though. Tons of the Puerto Ricans I met in Orlando owned guns.

They are catching on.

Yeah. I think the louder it gets, the more they will join in. They have to get past the Democrat narrative that ALL Republicans (are white) and hate ALL brown people.

Unless the sheeple roll over and play dead and destroy or turn in their hi cap mags, there aren't enough LE in the entire state of VA or any other state to go door to door and make the subjects comply. The LE in the country are doing their best just to keep violence to a low hum and not get out of hand. Pretty sad state of affairs in this day and time for sure.

Never let it be said that PSA let a gun issue slide by without putting it on a lower. :)
