Rightwinger,

That Sabre lower looks nice. Where'd you get such a sexy looking lower? Someone should do a lower like that, but with the TGO logo instead. (My next project.)

Got the Sabre from this guy selling em out of his VW van in the Boro ! !

Seriously, folks, that is one of ETS's special TN 3 star logo lowers and they are sweet. Much better machining than the Oly you see on the 6.8. Better finish. If I ever build another AR I'll be getting another Sabre. I just don't know what else I would build now....don't want a Grendel as its so close to the 6.8. Maybe one of these years I'll go for a SBR.

By the way, if anyone wants a varmint special, the .204 is simply the nastiest laser I have ever shot. Zero at 100 and your good at anything closer and don't have to move it but a hair out to 250/300. You'll have problems finding an area long enough to shoot in. 600 yards is very doable with this round.

I'm rambling...back to flipping between Future Weapons and Florida kicking LSU in the backside. Later all

I'll post a pic of the monster .458 when it arrives soon.

I'll play, though mine is NOTHING special, except to me! It's all I can afford right now, and I built it myself!

Standard A2, 20" HB. Stag lower, Doublestar upper. Th actual upper in this picture has been blown up, thanks to Ultramax ammunition. (Never buy the stuff!) But they replaced it with a Bushamaster upper, so I'm OK with that.

Here's mine...

Oly Lower, standard A1 upper, 16" barrel, CAR stock, Ergo grip, generic sling, blah, blah, blah...

She's around 12 years or so old... been banged around a bit, not babyed

by any means, but not abused either. Dennis's (Guns and leather) brother built it for me a long time ago.

This is what I would like to update and SBR.

So far I'm leaning toward LMT 10.5" flatop upper (per Franks suggestion).

Looks like you went to the resident whisper mechanic

Frank, did you make that silencer/supressor?

,

The suppressor is a 3-lug SWR Trident-9. I built the gun from the ground up on an Eagle(Armalite) receiver using a TROS 5.5" 3-lug barrel and misc parts from various venders.

I would be more than happy to help somebody else assemble one after paperwork is complete.

Here is another one I'm pretty fond of.
