Like new plate carrier from Sword and Shield strategic size medium but fully adjustable.  I bought this and have never done more than try it on. I have never trained in this. 

It has all the bells and whistles including removable cummerbund and tons of storage.  I have attached a link to the manufacture so you can read all about it. High quality stitching.

$150 OBO tyd or I can meet, I’m in  Tazewell.  Would also trade for a nice red dot I can add boot if need be.
