Recommend a gunsmith to....

Recommended Posts

It's been a few years back, but I had it done by Sam Hoster in Gallatin. Seems like around 75, but I could be wrong. But that was on a patchwork MKIII I picked up at a gun show.

I think I tried to contact him but couldn’t get ahold of him. Do you have a number? This was awhile back.

Somewhere. I'll try to find it. I know Sam changed the name of the shop sometime back and I don't remember the new name.

I'm Baaaccckk! Hey got it. Custom Defense. Last number I have for him is 615-206-0075.

Don't know if he works Saturdays anymore. Last time I saw Sam, he was headed out golfing.

Dropped off my Ruger MK IV this AM with Sam Hoster to get chopped, threaded and the front sight reinstalled. Supposed to pick it up next week.

Sounds like you found him in and not out golfing. lol

Sam is the best dang gunsmith I have ever found and you will love his work and his prices...….JMHO

Yes. If Sam does all the work. Not too sure about his minions. Does his son-in-law still work there?
