Trek Madone 5.2 58 cm

Recommended Posts

I am the sole owner of the bike.  I  originally paid over $3K for the bike, shoes, and computer.  I changed out the seat, but I could never get into a road bike.  It has seen roughly 5 - 10 hours on a Kurt Kinetic trainer and 5 miles on the road.  I bought a Trek Superfly Pro a few months after buying the Madone.  Mountain biking was definitely more to my liking.  I still have the trainer if you are interested.

This is a very light carbon fiber bike, and it is very fast.  It has been sitting in my house for years.  It is practically new old stock.  I did pump up the tires today and they maintained pressure, and I rode it around the driveway going through the gears with no problems.

I have this listed on FB for $1K, but I am open to trades.   The price is firm considering I am already taking a bath on it.  Regarding trades, I am open to higher end rifles, handguns, watches, or guitars.  I can put money on my end.  Please let me know if you need any additional pictures or have any questions.

Thanks for looking.

SOLD.  Thanks.

I've got a 1000rd bulk pack of CCI 9mm 115gr, brass case ammo for sale or trade.
Let me know what you've got to trade or $600 will take it!
I'm located in West Nashville and can easily meet at Royal Range or Nashville Gun and Knife most days.

2009 Harley-Davidson XL1200L ( "L" stands for low), 12,000 13,400 miles, always garaged, brand new back tire, excellent shape and very clean.   This is a really nice bike with several upgrades Vance & Hines exhaust, and Screamin' Eagle upgrades.  Title in hand.  I will consider trade offers of vehicles, firearms or whatever, except motorcycles. Need to make space in my garage but don't want to list on Craigslist or Marketplace and deal with the offers of two goats and a broken lawnmower for trade in.  $4,500 $4,000 cash obo or possible trade on vehicles, firearms, etc.   I first listed this Last March and it has been ridden 1,400 miles since then and otherwise sits in my garage on a trickle charge. Thanks

Thought I would try it here first, to avoid the hassles of shipping. If no one makes an offer by the weekend, I'll put it on gunbroker and deal with the UPS grief. Lowering the price for now in hopes of avoiding shipping.
My first attempt at posting a for sale ad. Feedback or admonishments are welcome.
      Taurus Officer .45 ACP 1911
3 magazines: Original 6 round, ACT 7 round, ACT 8 round
Hogue G-10 grips and mainspring housing
Wilson recoil spring retainer, GI spring guide w/single spring
      EGW magazine latch
Has been fired a couple or three or four hundred rounds. I don't remember exactly. More holster wear from dryfire practice than actual shooting. Bought it for the 2020 IDPA season to shoot CCP division. Then WuFlu happened instead. Factory recoil spring retainer evaporated the second range trip so I replaced it with a Wilson and single spring on a GI guide. About the EGW magazine latch; The Taurus factory mag catch sits a little low. So it works fine with their factory magazine. But with standard 1911 magazines, the magazine will sit just low enough in the magazine well that feeding is not reliable. The EGW catch puts the magazine slightly higher so that the factory magazine still works fine but so do Colt and clone magazines as well. Face to face sale in Tricities area preferred (Tennessee drivers license with your picture and over 21 DOB) but will ship to your FFL if you want to pay actual UPS.

Built at Aguila Gunworks - RIA double stack 1911 base gun: Smith and Alexander flat checkered mainspring housing, Les Baer ambidextrous thumb safety, Pin grip safety (presently functions, pin removed but can be disabled by reinserting pin), Trigger tuned to 3.5 lbs,, Dust cover reamed for captive takedown, bevelled and polished magwell, undercut trigger guard, blended grip safety and frame (see photos, more smoothing done after finishing), stippled front strap, machined slide for lightening cuts, hard chromed entire gun. Dawson rear sight is adjustable and gives a serrated sight picture. I don't have the original shiny one that had white dots. 8 magazines: 2 TF base pad magazines – 21 rounds capacity, 6 sequence numbered Springer base pad 16 round capacity, Safariland holster, Range bag and original box. Has about 3,000 rounds through it. I don't keep count. Some people like the metal trigger, some prefer plastic, some like extended mag release, others don't, some prefer an extended slide stop, some don't. So they're all included. Arthritis says someone else needs to own it. $1400 for all.

IDPA legal "widebody" 9mm 1911/2011 ... 7 16 round magazines, STI or Para trigger (don't remember which and can't tell from the outside), ambidextrous thumb safety, fiber optic front sight, adjustable rear sight, Safariland holster, original box, range bag. I doubt it has 1,000 rounds through it. I don't count but probably dry fired it with snap caps more than it was shot. I do NOT have the TCM barrel. Prefer face to face in TriCities area, TN driver license with your photo and DOB over 21 required. $600 cash, sorry no trades, culling the herd.
