As the owner of a 4x8 trailer, I recommend a 5x10.

I simply love my 10' tilt trailer.  It is homemade, but done well, found it on craigslist years ago.  I haul my kubota tractor down to my hunting parcel and it handles great.  I sometimes wish it was longer, so I can also carry an implement, but then it would be harder to maneuver into it's parking spot, and would probably lose the tilt feature.

I have a 4x6 trailer from Lowes thats not for sale... but if I could offer some unsolicited advice?

Get a 5x8.

Nothing reminds me more of this than having to remove the seats from the minivan to get a sheet of drywall home.
