I'm not willing to come down on prices with the market as it is, please save us both the time if you plan on offering lower numbers in this current shortage.

I live in Lebanon and work in Nashville just east of downtown. I'm a project manager and have some flexibility on meeting during the work day as I travel the mid state to look at jobs on occasion.
