I've got the 5D Tactical Router Jig PRO for AR-15/9/45 Lowers.  I don't have the add on for .308 lowers. 
I've used this several times but don't plan on doing any more lowers. 

It includes 2 milling bits, one of which is new, one of which has been used on one lower (readymill B kits; I used a dewalt router)

It also includes 5 Blem Forged 7075-T6 80% lowers

All the original instructions and parts are included; you've got everything needed to make some lowers!

I'm in West Nashville so can meet near Charlotte/White Bridge, Royal Range, etc...
