O/U shotguns opinion

Not a single Silver Snipe (20 ga or otherwise) came up with a gunbroker.com search. That's going to be a tough find. I had a 12 ga Silver Snipe back in 1987. That was the first and last one I ever saw. I wish you luck with your search. If you come across a Browning Citori or Beretta 686 in 20 ga, you might buy them to get you by while you continue your Silver Snipe 'hunt'.

I know of a guy that is in poor health that very well may never pull a trigger again.  He has a SKB , grade unknown, but I believe it’s the top grade.  But he has all the different gauges that fit the receiver, 12, 20, 28, and I believe .410.  This could be the answer to all your request.  Not cheap as they are no longer manufactured that I know of, but what a score that would be. If he decides to sale, you will have to out bid me.  I have one and many years ago I was walking to my position in a dove field.  Someone yelled high bird and no one shot at it.  I took one shot and downed the bird.  The guy standing next to me ask, “Is that a shotgun or an antiaircraft gun”.  I just grinned and walked on.

I have a Ruger Red Label, 20 gauge, since about 1982. I LOVE that firearm! When you are upland hunting, it light and accurate.  Having only 2 shells was more then enough for me. It wasn't about filling the bag. It, for me, was about walking a field with my dad and or friend spending quality time.

Just my two shell's.  See what a t i did there. LOL.

I have been hunting strictly with O/U's for small game and waterfowl for 25 years.  I wouldn't use anything else.  If you don't hit them with the first 2 shots, you are not going to hit them with the 3rd.  Its probably paid for itself with the money I saved on not taking wasted 3rd shots with duck hunting alone.
