Recently moved from northern IL to eastern TN.  I'm glad to finally be out of one of the most gun unfriendly states in the country and into a 2A friendly, mostly conservative, well run, free state.  When living in IL, I managed to get a very difficult to obtain and costly CCL and I felt lucky to have it.  After Covid hit, the state used it as an excuse to muck up the CCL process even more, so they're especially difficult to get now.  Even renewals are taking a year and a half or more to obtain.

TN carry laws don't seem to be as straightforward as I expected, so I'll have some questions that I will ask in here on TN Gun Owners.  I hope you can help me out.
