Any experience with Michelin Cross Climate 2?

From the internet, they seem to be a good tire with a cool tread pattern.

But it's the internet, any TGO'ers have real experience?

Also considering the Pirelli Scorpion AS3, they're $60 less per unit and the internet says they're good too.

Looking for 1. quiet 2. more wet capable than snow 3. tread life

I drive 3200-3500 miles per month, 80% interstate, 18% city, 2% off pavement

Yes, put a set of those Michelins on my wife's car last year and they are really extremely nice tires!  They cut through standing water like a hot knife in butter (no hydroplaning) and work well in snow (they are snow rated). Even better, they handle precisely on dry roads, too. Indeed, these are some of the best performance tires I have used (I have had Continentals; Bridgestone Potenzas on sporty cars in the past).

They do have a slight bit of road noise but their comfort, performance and handling have been far better than I expected and probably rank as the top touring tire I have used.  I highly recommend.

Yes, they are a little pricey, but my wife and I have been very pleased with this set.
