Did you take a look at some of the other things this 'winner' has bought very recently? All relatively pricey,  several thousand range!  Same pattern, comes in last day willing to pay more than anyone else would.  Could be washing his cash no doubt, crypto millionaire , recent stocks or ???.  Whatever it is, it actually looks legit we just cant relate as we have a pretty darn different relationship with money than he seems to.
