There was a guy in Spring Hill that had a business called Amendment 2 custom coatings or something like that.  Not sure if they are still doing it, but may be worth a search and phone call.  He did a rifle for me and it turned out good.

Not doing any pattern work.  Just doing basic single color stuff.  I would not hydro dip the gun.  Deadlock coating, Blown Deadline are two good cerakote applicators (not local) that I would send stuff to.
