Henry Lever in 22 Mag

Recommended Posts

IMG_20230314_155429.thumb.jpg.ee4e644ec54efed33fba7ab85722698b.jpgI have put a couple of scratches on this rifle. It was not meant to ride in the buggy with me. I am looking to trade for an experienced truck/buggy gun. I really would rather not beat this rifle up. It likes the CCI 36 gr vs the Winchester 40gr. I am sorry if I wasn't clear, trade for another 22 mag that I won't cry about if it gets scratched and muddy chasing pigs.

⚠️ Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers ⚠️

This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO.

  • Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with.   Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete.  Your experience will help others.

  • Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun!  None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction.  They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns.  DON'T DO IT.

  • Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO.  Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye.

Well Dave, it's like a new truck with its first parking lot ding ... it hurts ... a dozen dings later ... meh.

If you like the rifle, wear it out. Don't make it a safe queen for the next person when you could be shooting, scratching, hauling it around and chasing pigs for memories down the road. I've always looked at rifle scratches as "adventure grooves."

This model 94 was perfect ... 50+ years ago. Now the bluing is pretty much gone and scratches galore. It's been on a lot of hunts and dragged around on four wheelers and in pick-up trucks. To me, it's got a lot of character. 😆
