BUL 1911

Recommended Posts

Hi, I was shopping for a 1911 CDR in 9mm (aging body). After considerable consultation and trials, I purchased a BUL 1911 CDR in 9mm. It was smoother than a Dan Wesson (at half the price) and for the past  6 months eats every ammo flawlessly except weird coated ones. Everything else I tried has zero FTF after over a thousand rounds. Its fit and finish is sweet and it racks easily. The only thing my gunsmith added was an ambi safety and a lighter magazine release spring (arthritis).

The other heavily advertised popular brands I tried  were HORRIBLE in comparison. The trigger is so smooth and the second shot so quick that this is my EDC if weather and wardrobe permit. I get $0 dollars for this but PLEASE try one before you commit to anything else.

I’m a firearms instructor and get NO kick backs, but get no joy out of teaching students with suboptimal pistols.

A friend had a BUL 1911 9mm. Sweetest 1911 I ever laid hands on. Fit and finish was AWESOME   I fell in love with it first time I had it in my hands. Never actually shot it. But the trigger and reset was the best. Cant wait to find one for myself
