Chattanooga Fishing Spots

Hello all,

I have lived in Chattanooga for 4 years now and I really don't know any fishing spots at all. Does anyone know of any good fishing spots in Chattanooga or somewhere on the internet I could find out about Chattanooga fishing spots?

Havent been fishing in yrs. but as always the 2 most used places are on either side of Dam, 1 side is fast water the other side is slow water!

There also before you get to the Dam, there is a enclosed pond, rough guess 1 to 1 1/2 acres, which is in high use due to being stocked with Trout, it is called Lake Junior, a guy i worked with always went there and caught really nice size Trout, showed me pic. i do believe the limit daily is about 12 fish and i think, fishing there is only allowed 3-4 month a yr. But you will need a Special License along with a reg. one!

I think i might head there sometime and do some fishing!

Best place Ive found is up by the Nickajack cave.

Ive seen some really big fish come out of that water....note I said seen,not caught

A big plus is if you go at sun set,you'll get to watch the bats!
