Old new guy in Memphis

Recommended Posts

I recently got back into handgun shooting... used to shoot in college years ago but before the kids were born I sold my small Beretta pistol and S&W 38 snubnose. Have not shot since then, though I still have one of the guns from that time, a 1967 Browning Nomad 22LR pistol which is still dead on target. I recently bought a Bersa Thunder 9mm Ultra Compact for home defense (qualified with it last night) and to take to the range occasionally, love it! Now I am looking for a 357 magnum revolver with a 5 - 6 inch barrel; thinking hard about a Ruger GP100. Looked at a Taurus 66 and do not like the feel of the trigger, and the S&W is a couple hundred more than I want to spend.

Hope to learn a lot from you guys.
