You can always try Sams and get case pricing. If you start heading for the restaurant wholesalers you will probably find the meat (at least the pork) way to enhanced to taste like anything other than ham.

If youre not already a member then BBQ Central - The best BBQ and grilling forum on the internet is a great resource.

No doubt you already know how to make a great product but always good ideas and help there and no doubt you would be a help and source of ideas for the rest of us as well.

Hey there....thanks for the link and info! And no....i haven't competed yet...I've gotta practice a little with this new smoker....although...the first cook, everything came out perfect. And there is a small rib competition in Kingsport that I WILL enter next year....this years winner's were chewy....I had to actually GNAW the meat from the bone....:up:
