Wouldn't mind building something like that... or maybe work it into a wall in a den or something.

... but I sure as hell wouldn't be posting pictures of it on the 'net if I did. 'Cause some things are better kept secret, if you know what I mean. :cool:

I dont know....

In some ways it is pretty cool but the gap at the bottom when it is closed pretty much shows that it is a door, and not that there isnt one but I dont see any lock on it. Also the ammo cans on the bottom shelve dont do anything except scream that there are guns nearby.

Still I wish I had such a set up. I would certainly move the ammo cans and then maybe make a fake row of books on the bottom to hide that gap.

I'd probably do a sliding door that slid back behind the bookshelves, rather than a hinged one. That could be done so it showed nearly no gaps or cracks at all. And it also wouldn't be as likely to show tell-tale scrapes or marks on other surfaces, like a tightly-fitted hinged door will.

And yeah, the ammo would have to go elsewhere.
