What are you listening to now?

The Stones are coming out with a new album and I'm actually excited about it. They're going back to the beginning when they were a British blues band. The teaser sound great:

More Joe,

Ok, I'm always open to new music especially when there's a ripping guitar, no matter who plays it....

Buckethead is a beast!  He has a huge catalog too, an EP machine.

In a jazz mood tonight.  Listening to Dave Brubeck (1955?)  Amazing how great this old monaural record sounds.  Sad to say it's older than me and in better shape :P

I'm plugged into Spotify and getting my fill of Mr Buckethead. This dude has a huge library, don't care much for the head banging stuff but the mellow jamming is pretty enjoying. Kinda jazzy too.

Liberal talk radio.  Literally the best form of entertainment right now, and will be for the next 4-8 years.

Music-wise:

Havok (buddy plays bass for them now):

Entheos (another buddy plays bass for them as well)

Saw these guys in 71. Been hooked ever sense. Except for the Warren Haynes version.

Just doodling around on you tube and vevo tonight and sort of wound up with this.  Saw them live at Municipal Auditorium in early 70's.  Started out with Marshall Tucker band, then Charlie Daniels band end headlined with Black Oak.  I still have most of their albums - really liked the hard southern rock they did then.

Saw Jim "Dandy" Mangrum at Daytona Bike Week around 2000  - his daughter was singing as well - she looked great.  He looked like the next video.  Oh how age catches up with us.  Memories are best.
