Started pouring down snow here about 1:00am or a little later... got about a half to three-quarters of an inch already. No telling what we'll end up with by the time it stops.

If it were raining this hard, people close to the river would be worried as hell right now, especially after last May's floods.

About 3 inches it looks like as I peer out the window. I sure wish they'd give me remote access so I could do stuff from home. I'm good to go in the wife's little front wheel drive but I usually watch the other professional drivers hard on mornings like this. RW signing off for a bit. Woooohoooooo lets drive!

Blount Co. largest employer Denso Manufacturing is closed for 1st shift operations. WBIR is reporting 3", but I measure a little over 4" on my patio. Just sitting here drinking coffee and watching it snow. It's been a while since I've had a snow day!

Got out with the Jeep, and stopped to help an SO who was working a wreck, and he advised me to go back to the house. Sheesh, I just wanted to play a bit.

Just got the word that TDOT will only work the interstates.

6-8 inches here and still falling.

So we did this last year during the big storm that rolled across the state, let's do another one.

Currently nothing but cold in Bristol.

Where's the snow falling?

4-6 inches here in dayton and still really coming down.

Probably about 3" in Auburntown. Roads look to just be wet, but they may be icy, work got called off for 2 hours, so I haven't left yet.
