I got on about 10:30, was too slow to be usable. Saw David take it down shortly after, it's better now, but periodic 10-15 sec page delays, occasional bursts of lickety split.

EDIT: Generally much better after midnight. If it holds this during peak hours, it'll be big overall improvement! (except when Tactical Republic is lagging).

Make sure you guys temper your expectations with the understanding that there is still quite a bit of performance tuning to be done behind the scenes. There may be periods of time when it drags ass; but that has to happen in order for me to get meaningful performance counters out of the logs to see where adjustments have to be made.

The next few days, or even the next week, could be laced with periods of time when the server runs dog-ass slow. That's to be expected. I am monitoring it behind the scenes and will know when it happens.
