Reduced PM capacity and inability to change tag under avatar?

Just as the title says. I got a 'full inbox' notification today and found that my capacity had been reduced to 50 (despite having 124 total messages in both the inbox and outbox at the time). I also noticed that my tag had reverted to 'TGO Member', and I can't seem to find the option to customize it anymore. I'm still showing up as a Benefactor, so I'm not sure what's going on. Did I miss an announcement re: the software change somewhere?

ETA: I'm getting a message in the trading post that I'm on a limited account, but the Benefactor banner is still there...

Haven't you heard that the economy is bad right now and everyone is expected to help others out. A vote was taken and the group decided that some more needy folks deserved those features. Thank you for your patience...and oh, keep the change.

AFAIK there is no notification when Benefactor status is about to expire and it does not auto-renew. I did see that you paid today, so that may have been it. Although the cutom title was still set not to allow you to change it, so I did fix that.

Of course most of the time with computers...if it gets fixed...I don't always stress over how....lol
