A good experience with Classic Arms

I went to the Classic Arms gun shop in Memphis yesterday to see about getting a sling attachment point put on my AR. I tried doing it myself but I couldn't get the castle nut off. The gunsmith at Classic Arms said he could do it in 10 minutes. So he took my AR and broke two tools trying to get the castle nut off, scraping the buffer tube in the process. Spikes Tactical had staked that thing in 3 different places and the only way to get the castle nut loose was to cut it. I took the AR lower in again today and dropped it off before work. I go back at lunchtime and not only is the attachment point installed, but I had a new buffer tube and the gunsmith had patched up the lower receiver where I had scratched it myself when trying to remove the castle nut. I had put the lower wrapped in a T-shirt in a vice and got some scratches through the shirt. In the end, however, I got a new buffer tube, a new castle nut, some cosmetic repair work, and my SAP installed for only $10. I just want to say that the service at Classic Arms is great and how it should be everywhere, not just gun stores. I couldn't be happier with them.
