Nice gun Mrs.Tungsten! I have a Taurus Ultra-Lite in that color......it doesn't have the concealed hammer though. I really like those Lady Smith's and the concealed hammer is nice for carry. It wont snag on your clothing and it won't get fuzz or lint in/around the hammer area. I might have to get one of those some day! Good choice! If you don't mind me asking.....how much did that set you back?

Update...

Ordered the "Pink Lady" color Duracoat from Lauer Custom Weaponry today. Order includes the pink Duracoat, white Duracoat base, reducer and flex agent. Once these arrive, I will remove the grips from the gun and paint them with an airbrush. Hopefully it will hold up fairly well.

Update again...

We've been really busy the past few weeks so I haven't gotten around to painting the factory grips on Mrs. Tungsten's #642 yet. But that may have turned out to our advantage as I just got off of a call to Smith & Wesson and ordered a pair of the factory pink rubber grips.

The rep I spoke to said that they were down to just a few of them left so I'm glad I called. I mentioned that they could sell a ton of those grips if they'd start producing them again and advertise them on their site, and he agreed that it was worth mentioning to the sales manager.

He also stated that the Julie Goloski edition M&P 9mm was finally shipping out to distributors and retailers.

Anyway, here's what the pink J-Frame grips look like:

Hmm... that gun looks awfully familiar. :hat:

Still debating hiding it in my safe and not giving it to her right away. Not like she even logs in enough on here to see this post. :D

Make me pistol-whip you with YOUR gun.

Definitely safe on this one... the dresser drawer is twice as high as the computer desk. :panic:

The said thing is... we've been this way (really argue like this in real life) since we dated. That's how we know we're still in love.

True story. We've fought like an old married couple since day 1.
