Pumpkin seeds roasted

I just made a bunch of raosted pumpkin seeds. They were going to be thrown away so I figured why not eat them ! I used olive oil , some Louisiana hot sauce and heat at 350 for 30 minutes.

Just roast them longer . I do mine for around 30 minutes on 350 degrees. The longer the crunchier .

First time that I tried them, I was maybe 10 or 12. Never had before. Next door neighbors were roasting them in the oven and only added salt to them before cooking. Yummy they were! Haven`t eaten them again in years and almost forgot about that experience completely until I saw this thread.
