300 Blackout guys...I heard a rumor

It was not me - Bill Alexander - who got steel cased 6.5 made, posted online that Wolf was importing 300 BLK. I reposted what he said, but I don't have any first hand knowledge of it.

I made all of mine except for the 200 rounds of factory ammo. The chop saw is real fast once you make a jig. You need a 3 way power trimmer. Ask Tender Knuckles (Caster) about that :). I have an RCBS power trimmer with a 3 way head. Caster is using one that fits on a drill. I'm going to modify my chop saw jig so it cuts closer to the final trim length.

well I just bought a case cut off jig from vz58 on 300 BLKtalk, so I guess you'll be calling me "tender knuckles jr" as I will be using a drill chuck for power trim.  But I will take your advice and pick up a 3 way cutting head.

Do you have a link to the jig? Nothing wrong with a drill. I bought the RCBS because it's self contained, and turns pretty slow. Caster's trimmer is pretty cool too. He just did a bunch of cases before he sprung for it. That's how he got tender knuckles :)

I bought the last one until after the Holidays, but he will have more.  there is a video a few posts down.  I will eventually buy a power case trimmer but it will just have to wait a little while

I misquoted who the seller was above its VZ58, he's a senior member of there though.

I was up at harbor freight at the end of last week and got one of the 2" cut off saws. They had 3 more still there, came out to be like $38 with tax.
