I am sorry but that gun is ugly :)

black would look better but still it's pink

some women would love to have a pink gun,

most IMO would like black.

Pink firearms are selling like hotcakes right now as more women continue to enter into the sport. I think that anything that encourages them to do so, learn to shoot and arm themselves for their protection is a good thing.

Major firearms manufacturers are slowly realizing that if they offer their more common handguns with pink furniture options, that they will sell the heck out of them.

The gun is available in our shop in black/black and black/green as well for you guys or gals that prefer something less girly.

Exactly.

While a large percentage of women prefer guns in more traditional finishes, the fact that most manufacturers are now offering "lady friendly" colors is a testament to the ever increasing female shooting crowd.

It doesnt really matter how YOU feel about pink guns. Don't like em? cool; don't buy one.

BUT, there are many ladies that have come into my shop (and others) that are a bit reserved about the whole shooting thing UNTIL they see guns and gear that is obviously made with them in mind.

Once they see these lady friendly items, its like they suddenly realize that yes, its ok for them to be involved in this sport, in fact its encouraged.

With that being said, I would like to remind members that this thread was not started so that certain members could discuss their opinion on the merits of pink guns.

Lets keep opinions and jokes to a minimum.

This thread is confusing. Like a thread merge blew up and this is a piece of another thread....Maybe it is time to go home for the day.

What's going on here? I understand my comment was excellent but I did not start this thread! Have I been high-jacked or is there something cross-wired? :D

Ohh, glad someone else is seeing this.

I'm sending a message to Tungsten.

Sorry for the confusion. This thread started as a bunch of off-topic posts in a Vendor thread. Since we discourage off-topic stuff in Vendor threads, I split them off into their own thread. Somehow the post I meant to start it off with vanished.

Just like so many other women, I am an independant woman that works makes her own money. If I want a pink gun I think I should be able to get one. Xdshooter claims all of the guns we own, So a pink one I am betting he will not carry!

I agree that if you want your wives to get intrested in shooting or arming themselves, give us some options! While I also know I think everyones wife on here does love guns!

Strangely the AR and P-22 don't affect me the way they used to. Low-key (and not Hello Kitty :)) really doesn't look that bad. Like Tungsten said, if that helps get more women into the shooting sports, it's most definitely a good thing.
