Another idea might be key-chains...

I hadn't really thought about that.

No T-shirts?

Having done T-shirts for an event last Spring, I can safely say that T-shirts are a serious pain in the butt to do because screen printers require bulk jobs. This means you have to produce a bunch of each size and keep them on hand, or try to do a pre-order arrangement where everyone specifies how many of what size they need. And then you've got the logistical problem of getting them to those who ordered. It was a nightmare.

With embroidered goods, I know of a company locally that will produce them a la carte and handle every aspect of it all the way down to shipping them out to folks. They just cut us a check at the end of the month for our portion of whatever sold.

That said... I'm not nixing the idea of T-shirts, but I'm going to have to come up with a better way of doing them.

I like sticker/decals personally.

Hats, don't wear many.

Shirt, would like but understand problems with logistics.

Just my 2 pennies!!

What's wrong with embroidered t-shirts?

I mean, the design won't be huge, but a tee with a logo on the breast is fine with me.

The idea of an embroidered T-shirt makes my nipples tingle. :D

I checked and they can do embroidered t-shirts. They also seem to have a new association with a screen printer or are doing screen printing themselves. I will drop them an email later today and see what I can learn.

I'm not a big hat-wearer either, but the guy I used made my caps using these "Flexfit" hats.

They have elastic bands that are not really fitted, but don't have the ugly adjusting straps either.

Yes, they have camo:

It all started with a few rough sketches, a crazy new fabric called poly-weave spandex and a bunch of hat guys thinking "Whoa." Those were the humble beginnings of the cap that was soon to be known all over the world as Flexfit.

Fast forward to today. Over ten years and numerous patents later. To a hat that's ergonomically designed, supremely comfortable and incredibly secure. With so many styles, our inventory people stay plenty busy at work. With so much clout, it launched a whole new category in headwear. And with so much flair, well, it's just plain cool.

But let's fast forward to tomorrow. To a future that's more exciting than you can imagine. Flexfit has always been known for being at the forefront of the latest trends, but we're also working on more than just new styles. We're developing product innovations that will actually change the way people look at baseball hats.

We're working with anti-bacterial fabrics that kill odor-causing germs. We're developing hats that emit ions that make you feel good and boost your immune system (believe us, we're serious about that.) We even have a Flexfit prototype in development that... well, let's just end things here. We can't give away all our secrets, can we?

I've worn them. Really comfy and come pre-curved so they look good as soon as you put them on.

I know what you mean about the 'engineer hats,' however, I don't like hats with too small of a profile. These hats are just right IMO.

Actually I have a couple that were given to me. They are in the drawer with the "Lorcin Quality" shirt.

Caps are good identifiers, so I wear them a lot. I don't mind the ones with the adjusting strap. I would think the elastic one would get on my nerves big-time.

I don't care for the caps with the narrow, highly curved visor. My wife calls them "Goober caps."
