Have you worn a Flexfit hat, Brian?. You don't even know there is any elastic there. It's just the most comfortable hat in the world, that's all.

How small does Flexfit go in size? I normally have to go to one of the tightest notches on cap adjustment.

Small head to fit a small brain. :P

There are different size Flexfit hats, each one fitting a small range of sizes. It's not a one size fits all with a scrunchie looking elastic band in the back.

S/M (6 1/2 - 6 7/8)

M/L (6 7/8 - 7 1/4)

L/XL (7 1/4 - 7 3/4)

This hat fits great.

All I could find in specific size fitted hats were sports teams. I don't care to wear a sports team hat.

Local sporting goods places that supply ball teams have plain ones that they will embroider. But I wear a cap normally for ID and to actually keep the sun out of my eyes. I seldom wear a plain cap.

They have elastic bands that are not really fitted, but don't have the ugly adjusting straps either.

Archi,

This looks like a good idea as I wear fitted baseball hats. I don't like the adjusting straps on a hat either.

I as well like the fitted caps, not the adjustable ones....:P

20 years active duty = no hats for me.

A Tee or a polo would be OK. I'd prefer the patches for my bags and such. I think it would be nice on my computer bag for going thorough the airports!!! :(

Because of a situation with my hair follicles on my head, I have to wear a hat when I am out in the sun.

Aren't there some places that will make to order logo stuff? (As I recall, we could have a TGO g-string as an option from some places.) Just register your organization with them and folks can buy whenever they want.

Going in bulk works great for prices, but you have to get enough folks willing to buy the bulk order.

I've got a very good relationship with a local company that provides net terms and good response times. I will lose both of those going with someone like CafePress, plus the quality of goods from those online companies is really, really crappy.

Man-Bags seem to be all the rage these days but the embroidered patch should take care of those.

I would like to see some screen printed t-shirts. Embroidery doesn't do it for me.

Perhaps in 2010 as part of a group buy. Screen printing is expensive in small batches.

How about a TGO zombie hunter shirt similar to the happy halloween logo on here.
How about a design contest?

I already have a design. Shirts sporting that will probably happen sometime around the Expo date. No contest necessary.

David,

Embroidered T-shirts and Patches would be cool, I would definitely get a few of them from you

T-shirt with pocket, polo shirt with pocket, button front shirt with pocket.

Do you see my theme?

I wear shirts with pockets, don't buy them without. I don't stick pens in my pants.

I would like to see a visor. For some reason I have a big head but it's not because it's loaded with information. One size fits all hats don't fit ALL!

Id like to see hats, T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, HOODIES, patches, and button-down shirts(short and long sleeved). Maybe make the button shirts similar to the 5.11 tactical ones that are cut a little long to help conceal a handgun.
