Ruger Customer Service

Recommended Posts

Made an order on shopruger.com for a cheekpad that I couldn't find anywhere else. That was on 2/14. Only received an order confirmation on the same day. I know that like most firearm related dealers, things are crazy right now.

That being noted, its been two weeks, no word, no charge, no updates and the number they provided for customer service leads be to automated answering machines eventually ending with "please try your call again later."

I'm not necessarily complaining, but I would like to know what is going on with my order from a human being. Any suggestions?

*EDIT: also, not sure if this was the right category, posted it here because it is in reference to an accessory...

Difficulties Contacting Ruger

Q. I have not been able to get through to customer service or an operator at ShopRuger.com; what should I do?
A. Please be patient. We have received an unprecedented volume of calls and are working to increase capacity and improve call center performance.

I ordered in Jan, albeit magazines, and just got my order last week.  They are working as fast as they can.

I was hoping this is all it is. I'm also glad that it's not just me. I've never ordered from shopruger.com, so I've nothing to base my experience on...
