You have to upload the pic to an outside source like photobucket or Google+.  Personally I use my Google+ account.  Once the picture is uploaded, right click on the photo and click "Copy Image Location" in the windows popup menu.  Then when adding a post on TGO, you'll see an icon for an image.  There you will paste the URL you copied from the previous step.
