Well, tonight was grilled chicken strips wrapped in bacon, basted with soy and honey. Sided with fries and cheese/broccoli noodles.

Not a chance, I'm down to 3 boxes and I'm finished. I'll have about 150 qts of canned tomatos when I'm done. The trick is the way to can them.

My mom used to can em. Or if we had room, she'd freeze some too. Made some darn good spaghetti sauce. She used to make a sort of meat loaf topping out of it too. I don't have the patience for it, but admire the food that's possible with it

I do NOT want to talk about it. With school registration for the grandchildren my wife was not able to get any tomatos peeled out so I'm still eating junk and running up my electric bill. The good news is she promised me a big pot of homemade chili this weekend, along with the hot peppers I grow in the yard, I'll be in hog heaven.:D

Last night was fresh Tomatoes and clean out the refrigerator night - turnips with homemade cucumber relish and October beans (cranberry beans).

Had a tomato sandwich for lunch too.

Tonight is probably mole chicken tostadas. I just call them "crunchers."
