Recommend a good belt

i saw some of the newer ones and they don't look as good as the ones that i got years ago.  when you make things overseas you get a cheaper product.  

That's why my Tundra is better than most domestic trucks... heh heh...  :stir:

I'll throw in a vote for A&G at http://agcustomgunleather.com/. I got a belt back in August and have been extremely happy with it. I got mine in horsehide and it's stiff but it's not been uncomfortable at all for me. I had been looking between Beltman and A&G when looking for a nice belt. I eventually just went with A&G because it was about $10 cheaper at the time.

Ares gear Ranger belt or Ranger lite (I think that's what it is called)  Made of webbing but stiff for guns and comfy at the same time.  I don't see mine wearing out anytime soon after 1 year of use

This is where I got mine, three years old on my fat butt and it's STILL going strong. It's about just shy of being 1/4", if I did my math right it would be around .18 or .19 inches thick. 1 3/4" width and has belt holes all the way around. They're a bit expensive because they're all custom made to order but judging from the quality, it's something that will last 10 years easily.

I was on the same quest and found a company called LBT (London Bridge Trading). I bought the riggers belt in the coyote tan. Best military / tactical belt I have ever owned. Very comfortable and made in the USA. I wish I had this in the service. Look them up at ( lbtinc.com). There are some discount codes out there if you look.
