I hunted with these guys for a couple of seasons a few years ago. Some of the property took a while for me to access and some was remote, tough country. I encountered deer, turkey and hogs, and I hardly ever saw another hunter. That was several years ago, so I have no idea what it's like now. It was legit then though, and I enjoyed my time hunting there. The way it worked then, they gave me a key to the gates, a map, a membership card and a membership packet. I even bought an old used ATV from the owner that is still running strong. If they are close enough to you and still in business, then it might be an option.

Edit: It was my experience that their leased property changed faster than their website, so I would give a call or email before you judge based on the website.

Hope you find a good place for you and your sons to hunt!
