RCBS really has customer service

Recommended Posts

Had a bent decaping pin on my 380 die and called rcbs on Tue. Got 5 new ones and a complete unit today, no cost for anything including shipping. Now that is old style service. Totally rare these days. Thanks again RCBS for being a stand up company.

That's what I've heard. Glad to hear it, I've got one of their rock chucker kits, hope to never need em, but glad to hear they are good to deal with.

I've had a good experience with Lee as well. Don't ask how, but I managed to strip out the threads on my 9mm decapping die. Called them up, told them it was my fault - they said just send it in and they'd fix or replace it. Had it back a few days later, couldn't tell if it was new or fixed but I was a happy customer.

GREAT folks to deal with! They've sent me free stuff twice now. Last time I was calling to order a 7.62x54r decapping pin/rod to run in my Blackout die for lead bullets and not only did they send me that one for free but they also sent me an extra standard Blackout decapping pin/rod. I told him that I didn't need it because at that point i'd not even run a single case through the die yet but he told me i'd need it eventually and then acted offended that I was insisting to pay for the products. Can't praise them enough!
