I had that CHIAPPA M Four-22 with two mags and an Otasco Scope and soft case. I don't remember exactly what I had in it because I bought it and another gun at the same time. Anyway I had a friend that really wanted the Rifle. I Call a buddy that is an FFL dealer hear on the site and got the wholesale price of the Rifle. When my buddy came by to talk trade he had the item below and $375.00 cash to trade. Did I get a good deal or get burned? I may not have made the trade with a stranger but this was a close friend. See what I got along with the cash below.

I'm not familiar with your rifle off the top of my head, but I'd wager you did very well. That 22/45 will spit lead all day without complaint, and $375 might even fetch ya a few bricks of .22 to go with it :D

I have no issues with 22 ammo. Got plenty. This is not really a gun I will keep. I wanted the black rifle when I got it and enjoyed shooting it but once the newness wore off it was just another ammo eater sitting in the gun safe taking up space. I will probably have this gun checked out to make sure it is up to snuff and flip it. I have other long guns and other hand guns that I prefer more than another ammo eater. When I go to the range I practice with guns I am planning on packing and defending myself with. Not to just target practice with. Ammo is to hard to come by for that for me any more..............jmho

hmmm......be careful with your wording. Unless you have a FFL

Best of my knowledge there's no rule against buying a gun to sell it down the road. Isn't a qualifier in and of itself for being "engaged in business". Making a habit of it might be a gray area, but pretty sure Bersa is safe on this one.

Good deal. Just an abundance of caution. :usa: Edited by Parrothead

Yea, I probably should use different language. The word flip is not really a good word to use. It sounds like I would sell it to anyone. I don't guess the authorities would take into consideration I require a bill of sale and proper ID and HCP before I will sell a gun. Thanks for looking out for me..............
