TGO newcomer?

Recommended Posts

Did a search and couldn't find anything pertinent to my case. Saw a couple things related to post count? Does anyone when you become a "Member" and no longer a newcomer? I have been a member since October 2009 and a benefactor for at least the last 3 years. Just curious

Pretty sure the only way to go from TGO Newcomer to Member is to send $5 to each current benefactor via paypal.   It should only cost about $1,000 or so.

disregard that, my dumbass didn't see that you were already a benefactor.

Member since August 2012.  Became a benefactor about a year later.  Obviously from my post count not a big poster but at some point I become a "Member."  Go figure.  Maybe I slipped through the cracks.  Hope I don't lose stripes now.

At one time you could edit it....

Benefactor status allowed you to edit it with the old vBulletin software regardless of how many posts you had, dunno if it changed with the IP Board changeover, but. FWIW, I can still do it now, too.
