Benchmade 530/531

Recommended Posts

I've been looking at the BM 530 or 531 for a slim EDC where I'm most often in an office. Anyone had experience with these models?

I need another knife like a whole in the head, but I like the design. The 531 looks like it has a more practical blade design.

I really like my BM 530.  Its my "Business Attire" EDC folder.

1.9oz and super thin, you really do forget that you have it clipped on.  Because of that its the knife most-likely that will get a good cleaning in the washing machine since you forgot to remove it!   :ugh:

LOL I actually did that once with one of my Gerber folders. Didn't seem to hurt it much, It had a few nicks in the poly grip, but otherwise ok.

I did blow it out with a hairdryer, and soak it in some light oil for a bit, then cleaned it.
