I was driving down 11E today between Four Way End and Strawberry Plains and noticed a solar farm on the side of the highway. Are they selling these panel? Or is this an actual solar farm? Would be a good place to pick up some solar panells to provide power for a SHTF situation.

I believe it is an actual generating plant. I drove by it twice a day for the last year or so,and have never seen anyone on the premesis after the initial setup was installed.
