Range USA Jackson

Recommended Posts

I took Self Defense Handgun Level 1 at Range USA May 11. This is the 2nd class I took there. First class was great but not this time This class was billed as a 2 day class 6pm to 10 pm. It also included access your weapon when concealed.

The instructor did not include access your weapon when concealed and I felt rushed and the class ended up being 1 day 6PM - 9PM.

When I called back I was told that the 2 day schedule was for the Memphis location because they had bigger classes. I was also told I would needed 500 rounds. I called back before the class and was told yes I would need that many. I shot about 212 rounds total.

Anyone else had this experience? I called back last week to ask about it and told the head instructor would call me back Tuesday.

I called back today and talked to the manager again and was told about the same thing, It's a 1 day class but they bill it as a two day class because Memphis classes are bigger and it take two days. I was told to email the instructor with my questions and concerns and see what can be worked out. So nothing has been done and I'm right back where I started last week.  I will send out email to the instructor and see what happens. Maybe I should go to Memphis from now on.
