Best bang for the buck...

I'd get an sbr. I don't see a need for full auto, but I've never shot full auto either LOL. But I did stay @ a Holiday Inn.

Well, I don't have a 'need' even for an SBR, or any NFA item (a suppressor is an effective means of hearing protection though, arguably).

I just want one... so far, everything else I own is practical.

But, after my most recent trip to Hero-Gear... I would be quite happy with an SBR'ed & suppressed SIG-556 and/or a Suppressed FN FS2000. So, Something along those lines will be my Christmas present to myself this year. I thought about it... and it's very unlikely that the NFA is going to be touched for the forseeable future, at least not before regular semi-auto rifles are, so I'll start with something more affordable and conventional (especially since I'm blowing a couple grand of what I'd saved, on tires/repairs/maintenance for the Toyota this week).
