Sam Hoster  in Gallatin he has been doing 1911 work since the '70s. Look on Oleg Volk's blog to see the pistol He did for his daughter.  Also we have been talked into participating in the next M'boro RK show you will be able to see a couple of his guns there on display.

 

I'm still of two minds about doing another show. It's been over a year since the last one but we will have several custom AR builds there for sale along with some of my personal guns for sale.

Jeff is a good gunsmith but he works limited times and can be picky about what work he does. Typical gunsmith guy.
Sam Hoster has been the go to guy for years. He even consulted on some of the major manufacturers 1911 assembly lines.
Of the two, Sam gets my vote. Edited by Smith
