Probably as much as you can risk getting caught breaking.  When I was in Japan, all our packages went through US customs from the base, and theirs through their post office.  Not that they caught alot, we mailed a few knock of products, but not so many as to raise suspicion. But the risk of importing weapons parts is a bit much IMHO.

I have fired plenty of autos over my lifetime and I find shooting guns with silencers so much more enjoyable, especially my single shots. There is something magical about slinging a piece of lead, you can't hear, at a steel plate a few hundred yards away. Its like having the most accurate slingshot because that is about how quiet it is when you load rounds that don't have to cycle an AR.
