Need a little help on something!!!

Most folks here know I have got cataracts and it is becoming a little difficult for me to read the computer screen and i am looking for one of those magnifier screens I can put on my monitor to enlarge the print. The only one Amazon offers has very poor reviews so not going to waste my time there. I was wondering if anyone else may know where I might be able to get one for a 17 inch flat monitor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much!!! that has made it a lot easier to read and type and saved me a bunch of funds........

Also, FireFox on Windows remembers the last magnification setting site by site, but IE doesn't.

Also also, CTRL+0 returns to default size without having to step it down.

If you can find someone to bring it to you from Knoxville you are more than welcome to have the biggest flat screen monitor I have that I am not using. I have 2-3 of them. Pretty sure the biggest should be in the 20" range but not positive. Definitely bigger than a 17" though.

Sorry, the most it will do is make your account look bigger. :P

Hey, I wonder if that will work for..... Nevermind, I was hoping to impress the wife.

I certainly emphasize with you.  I have cataracts, glaucoma, and dry-eye syndrome in both eyes, along with detached-retina / optical nerve damage in one of them.  I am scheduled to start with lens-replacement in a few weeks. It will help with vision, but not the constant "rip-my-eyeball-out" feeling.

Now that I whined, here are the monitors that I use (four of them) - http://www.ebay.com/itm/K0Q34A8-HP-V241P-LED-monitor-23-6-1920-x-1080-8ms-250-cd-m2-Factory-Sealed-/331651269028?hash=item4d37f4c1a4:g:wPcAAOSwgNRV8ZJC

Hopefully they are within your budget.

They are very good for the price, includes shipping.
