Are remington 870 police magnums not made with metal trigger guards anymore?

I was looking to buy one of these.  One of the main reasons is that I wanted all metal.  Well I finally found one at a gun store and it was plastic too.  I guess I need to go used.  Anyone know any good pawn shops in the Nashville area where I may find one?

They started using the plastic guard on the Police and Express models a few yrs ago.Do check your area pawn shops I found 2 in the last couple yrs for less than $250 and they were older models without the MIM and plastic parts

Other than the personal preference of wanting a metal trigger guard, I'm wondering if it's really a big deal to have the plastic guard?    Have there been failure issues?    Since the Police Magnums are now plastic as well, that leads me to believe it's not a issue.

I too would have preferred metal, but I purchased a 18" HD Express several years ago and it suits my needs of a HD shotgun.

You now see plastic pistol/revolver frames everywhere along with AR lowers if you choose, so for me, a plastic trigger guard doesn't bother me at all.   YMMV.
