wait a month or two all the places I checked around here were all sold out and not even gander mountain could order one for me

I guess I'm glad they're selling that fast, except that you'd think they'd be coming in as fast as they sell them. Oh well, hopefully someone has one when I go look. Glad you were able to find one even though you're not crazy about the color. Maybe it'll grow on ya.

I've seen plenty of 19's in stores lately. I don't get cues from big box stores like Academy about firearms availability, though. Just saying - they're out there. Plenty of them.

i called both guns and leather, guns n more, goodlettesville gun shop, 3 different academy sports, gander mountain and n range and out of all of those reloaders bench had one and academy sports in river gate had one the others were sold out

Oh forgot I may go back in the near future as I saw a nice S&W 15-3 revolver that I would love to get!

I've had difficulty finding certain models right now. Im sure it's the Christmas effect. I checked 52 online dealers for a CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical. Nothing! Luckily I was smart enough to add myself to about 40 wait lists and got a call two days later. The shop got nine in and I got the last one. The store shelves look pretty bare in my area but it's filling back up slowly. The big box stores were really picked over. And why is Springfield releasing tons of new models after Christmas? Seems like a pretty epic marketing fail to me.

I think the two tone guns are sharp.  I also like non black guns.

The ARs with black metal and tan or olive colored plastic ware are cool looking.

Yeah...I'm trying to decide on a UBR stock for my new AR9, and I see the Stealth Gray. That gets me to thinking gray and black rather than the FDE and black I'd been close to doing.

And to think, I swore I'd never put any other than black on a rifle.
